“The quality of your life ultimately depends on the quality of your relationships.”

Group Work

Selfhood is inextricably linked to our relationships with others. Humans are social creatures, and we believe that nobody can be fully understood as an isolated individual.

Yet, more than ever, our world is structured to fabricate interpersonal connection, which leads to isolation, disconnection, and confusion about what’s missing. We want to change that.

Group work is a unique and powerful tool that can spark change, facilitate meaningful growth, and connect us with our fullest expression of selfhood. Explore our approach and offerings below.

Our approach

Our Groups

Interpersonal Process Group

Join the circle! Within small, peer-facilitated groups, we explore topics like selfhood, authenticity, relationships, life transitions, ritual, and more.

This group is lead by Tanya and Scotty, and meets on cycles of 6 or 12 weeks.

Adventure Groups

Who’s ready for an adventure!? Our enlivening adventure groups involve a range of outdoor activities and are rooted in the spirit of exploration. Through experiential learning, you’ll be challenged to journey bravely into the unknown.

Group Counseling

Many of our psychosocial challenges cannot be fully understood in isolation from others. Our counseling groups focus on topics like mood challenges, grief and loss, disconnection, meaning-making, and more.
